Dear Parents 

Pre exam “PTM” to discuss the syllabus and other issues if any for all classes will now be conducted on Friday 14 August 2026, from 08:30 AM to 11:30 AM . You are requested to attend the meeting and adhere to the  timings. 

All parents are also requested to pay the fees for 1st and 2nd quarter on or before the day of PTM (14 August 2026). 

Note : Please also note that 14 August 2026 will be the last date for issue of no dues certificate.

ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਮਾਪੇ 

ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ "ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ" ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ੁਕਰਵਾਰ 14 ਅਗਸਤ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 08:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 11:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 

ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ (14 ਅਗਸਤ 2026) ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ। 

ਨੋਟ : ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ 14 ਅਗਸਤ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਨੋ ਡਿਊ ਸਲਿੱਪ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
