Dear Parents,

It has been observed that a few students come from their home for School but don't attend the school. 

The school is uploading the students attendance daily on the school app. You are requested to check your ward’s attendance on the app and ensure that it is marked correctly as Present or Absent.

For this you must switch on the notifications from the App.

Steps to Turn On Notifications on Your Mobile:

➡️Go to Settings.

➡️Select Notifications & Status Bar.

➡️Tap on Manage Notifications.

➡️Select the School App and turn Notifications ON.

ਇਹ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਘਰੋਂ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਕਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੇ।

ਸਕੂਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪ 'ਤੇ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਐਪ 'ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਓ ਕਿ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ (ਮੌਜੂਦ ਜਾਂ ਗੈਰ-ਹਾਜ਼ਰ) ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਐਪ ਦੀਆਂ 'ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਜ਼' (notifications) ਚਾਲੂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਪੈਣਗੀਆਂ।

ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ 'ਤੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਚਾਲੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ:

➡️ 'ਸੈਟਿੰਗਜ਼' (Settings) ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਓ।

➡️ 'ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਐਂਡ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਬਾਰ' (Notifications & Status Bar) ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣੋ।

➡️ 'ਮੈਨੇਜ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਜ਼' (Manage Notifications) 'ਤੇ ਟੈਪ ਕਰੋ।

➡️ ਸਕੂਲ ਐਪ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣੋ ਅਤੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਨੂੰ 'ON' (ਚਾਲੂ) ਕਰੋ।
