Dear parents
Police authorities visited the School again today - their second visit within 10 days. Major problems highlighted by them are -
(i) Lack of traffic discipline
(ii) Driving in opposite direction during the peak hours.
(iii) Misbehave with Police and or School staff put on duty for traffic management.
(iii) Driving without driving license.
(iv) driving two wheelers without helmets.
(v) Few of the students, parents and staff members are also driving four wheelers without driving license and proper documentation.
Police had given a stern warning that from now onwards there will be strict checking and challanes.
Hence all are advised to
- Use helmet while driving two wheelers
- Ensure that they have a proper driving license.
- Keep their documentation complete.

Please note that in case of a challan by police School will not be able to do anything.

ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅੱਜ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਦੂਜੀ ਵਾਰੀ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਇਹ ਹਨ -
(i) ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ
(ii) ਭੀੜ-ਭੜੱਕੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਲਟ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੱਡੀ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ।
(iii) ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਂ ਟ੍ਰੈਫਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਲਈ ਡਿਊਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਟਾਫ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਰਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ।
(iii) ਡਰਾਈਵਿੰਗ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਗੱਡੀ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ।
(iv) ਹੈਲਮੇਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦੋ ਪਹੀਆ ਵਾਹਨ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ।
(v) ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ, ਮਾਪੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵੀ ਡਰਾਈਵਿੰਗ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਹੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਚਾਰ ਪਹੀਆ ਵਾਹਨ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਚਲਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ
- ਦੋ ਪਹੀਆ ਵਾਹਨ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੈਲਮੇਟ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੋ
- ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਓ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਸਹੀ ਡਰਾਈਵਿੰਗ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਹੈ।
- ਆਪਣੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਪੂਰੇ ਰੱਖੋ।

ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਚਲਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕੂਲ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇਗਾ।
