Dear Parents 

It is to inform you that PTM to declare result of Half Yearly Examination, will be conducted on 10-10-2025 ( Friday) from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. 
All parents are requested to attend and adhere to the timings.

Note : Fees for first and second quarter should have been deposited before PTM, otherwise we will not be able to declare the result of your ward. 

Parents are also requested to deposit the fees for the third quarter at the earliest

Please ignore if already paid.

ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਮਾਪੇ 

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਛਿਮਾਹੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ 10-10-2025 (ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 11:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। 

ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ।

ਨੋਟ: ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ , ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਪਾਵਾਂਗੇ। 

ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੀਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ

ਜੇਕਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਣਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਰੋ।
