Dear Parents 

It is to inform you that PTM to declare result of November Unit Test, will be conducted on 29-11-2025 (Saturday) from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. 
All parents are requested to attend and adhere to the timings.

Note : Fees for first second and third quarter should have been deposited before PTM, otherwise we will not be able to declare the result of your ward. 

Please ignore if already paid.

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਟੈਸਟ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ 29-11-2025 (ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ) ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 12:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। 

ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ।

ਨੋਟ: ਪਹਿਲੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਜੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ , ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਪਾਵਾਂਗੇ। 

ਜੇਕਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਣਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਰੋ।
