Dear Parents 

Pre exam “PTM” to  discuss the syllabus and other issues if any for all classes (except class 10th) will be held on Saturday 07 February 2026, from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM . Class XII pre board answer scripts will be shown . You are requested to attend the meeting and adhere to the  timings. 

All parents are also requested to pay the fees for all four quarters on or before the day of PTM (07 Feb 2026). 

Note : Please also note that 07 February 2026 will be the last day to issue no due slips to the students on clearing the dues .

ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ (ਦਸਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ) ਲਈ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਪਰਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ "ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ" ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ 07 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 09:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 12:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਬਾਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ ਪੇਪਰ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 

ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ (07 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2026) ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਚਾਰੇ ਤਿਮਾਹੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 

ਨੋਟ : ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ 07 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2026 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਭਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਨੋ ਮੈਂ ਡਿਊ ਸਲਿੱਪਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਆਖਰੀ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
