Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for the month of April (academic session 2026–27) will be held on 30 April 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to facilitate interaction between parents and teachers and to discuss the Unit Test syllabus.

All parents are requested to attend the PTM and kindly adhere to the scheduled timings.

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ (ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2026-27) ਲਈ ਮਾਪੇ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਿਲਣੀ  30 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 11:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਆਪਸੀ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ 'ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।

ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਪੇ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ।
